THE GROVE FRISCO & GIVEAWAY

Oh Frisco - You nearly convinced me to relocate here with my family.

We were recently invited to see the Frisco's newest intentional planned neighborhood that is called The Grove Frisco and during our trip we of course, enjoyed visiting some old favorite spots long the way.

LOCATION:

The Grove Frisco is located one mile from the Four Corners location- where the cities of Frisco, Plano, Allen and McKinney intersect. This is a prime location for families to get to and from work and play. This prime location has easy access to the Sam Rayburn Tollway and very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, schools, healthcare and employment in either direction of the Four Corners location.

Natural Beauty:

I was definitely impressed as we explored the grounds of the beautiful property that is nestled in a beautiful scenery of tress. This  is unique to the property because tress that were removed for construction have been carefully harvested and replanted in strategic places around The Grove. Intentional planning is a focus of this beautiful property keeping  the heritage alive and continuing to tell its story, allowing families to "establish roots" here for future generations.

Home - Builders:

The Grove is beautifully designed with a great attention to details that is also apparent in the choice of four top-selling home- builders that have made this property special. They are the American Legend, Highland Homes, Southgate Homes, and Drees Custom Homes. All new homes will be nestled within the 735 acres of Texas land. Home pricing start at 400,000 to 700,000.

Orchard Hub:

Amenities found at The Grove Frisco are a valuable foundation for this new community. The Orchard Hub is a unique central point for residents and those visiting and will cater to the needs of working families, grandparents, young professionals and more. Swirl Bakery, a fitness room, splash pads, pools, and grilling area will be located at the Orchard Hub, which is a modern farmhouse to welcome the community on any given day. Swirl Bakery will serve pastries, coffee, sandwiches and chef prepared meals for anyone to enjoy on the go or relax in the incredible insta-worthy cafe.

Intentional Planned Community:

The Grove Frisco is an intentional planned community that will be here for generations to come and establish roots here. This unique community is pretty special and when my family got a chance to tour these amazing homes from the top - selling builders and we could only say WOW. We walked out of each home saying, Oh Frisco - you're really convincing us to call The Grove home.
