Memorial Day Weekend!

Things to do on Memorial Weekend in Irving
Irving is located at the center of Fort Worth and Dallas. It is filled with a barrage of arts, entertainment, theatre, music Kid-friendly entertainment and outdoor activities among others.
One of the days I enjoy with my kids is the Memorial Day weekend. It is an amazing time to gather friends and family for pre-summer activities and cookouts. It is also a remarkable time for your kids to learn about our true heroes, our men and women of service who paid the biggest price for our freedom.
There are lots of things to do during the Memorial Day weekend, and listed below are a few of the best activities my kids and I enjoy.

It's the summer and I like getting away with my kids for some fun and adventure. This is just what the four seasons resort and club Dallas situated in Las Colinas offer you. You can partake in this fun-filled venue and enjoy a Dallas Zoo educational program, hayrides, Live Texas music, calf roping and a host of others.

The entire family can have fun this weekend at Irving's spray parks, city pools and aquatic centers which will all be available during the Memorial Day weekend down to the rest of the summer starting from the 2nd of June.
This is free for kids aged 3 and below as well as seniors aged 50 and above. For adults and children, there is a little fee for seasonal passes and daily admission.

Irving Concert Series for Kids

I and my kids enjoy music a lot, and if you have that same passion with your kids, there is no better place to enjoy this than the Irving concert series. The Hey Lolly music which was produced by Laura Freeman, an Austin musician, will provide kids with a host of educational and interactive shows for kids that the entire family can enjoy.
This concert is tailored for preschoolers and toddlers or aged 5 and below. It will urge them to dance, sing as well as play along. It takes place at the Irving Soccer Complex and the show begins at 10 am although doors are open by 9.
