Weekend of June 24-26th 2016 Dallas/ Addison/ Deep Ellum

Deep Ellum, TX

1. Take the kiddos down to Deep Ellum for some Custard at Wild About Harry's. This is a great spot to eat some yummy custard with a side of fries and a hot dog. Wild About Harry's is a Dallasites fan favorite for years. While I was ordering Ezra a cone , I overheard a mom telling her teen daughters she remembers coming here for years. Take a Lil trip to Deep Ellum for a yummy treat!

The Shops at Park Lane/ Zoe's Kitchen

1. We were at The Shops at Park Lane last
Friday for an Outdoor movie of Star Wars! My husband was super hungry and wanted to try out Zoe's Kitchen. We have never eaten there and of course wanted to try it out! Y'all we ate the tuna pita sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. I got cheese quesadillas for the kids, knowing that I could have made that at home. I just don't like that feeling when I order kids meals at restaurants that I can cook at home. Lets just say kids menus kinda suck.

2. This Friday at The Shops at Park Lane they are showing the movie Clueless at 8:30pm if you are interested in taking your girlfriends out. I am a 90's kid and I really appreciate 90's movies! The location is on the lawn between Starbucks and Zoe's.

Addison, TX

1. If you're like my family we like to get out with a blanket find a park and listen to some live music. Dallas has really stepped up its live music park scene. Its good to check out local talent here in the city! Addison will have live music and movie this Saturday!
